This all-inclusive package handles everything from roster submission to payment processing and confirmation. Teams love it because it saves time, reduces stress, and ensures all requirements are met.
Teams play 10 games over 8 weeks. Each team is allowed to have a 30 man roster. Game film every week, weekly podcast “ XFFL REAL TALK 🌶️” end of the year awards and more! Build your team as you please and try to take down the champs!

Hello, my name is Demetri “ The Prez” Thompson and am the founder of XFFL, the Extreme Flag Football League based in East Bangor, Pennsylvania. We bring together athletes who are ready to compete at the highest level of flag football. Our league is more than just a game; it's a community where players build strength, unity, and sportsmanship.
Through our tournaments and events, like our upcoming Block Party Tournament, we offer a vibrant atmosphere filled with great food, entertainment, and fierce competition. We are dedicated to showcasing the best talent and creating unforgettable experiences for players and fans alike.
As we like to say … 9man Flag Football is the closest thing to playing football without putting the pads back on and you’re still able to go to work in the morning.
